Direct123 online store general ordering terms
1.1 The present terms are applicable for all legal relations arising between all persons and Antista AS, the owner of www.direct123.fi online store (hereinafter referred to as Direct123 online store) as a result of purchasing the products from Direct123 online store.
1.2 In addition to the present terms, the legal relations arising as a result of purchasing the products from Direct123 online store are regulated by applicable EU legislative acts.
1.3 In order to provide the best and most secure sevice and for the benefit of Direct123 online store development, Antista AS has the right to amend and supplement the present terms as well as Direct123 price list. All terms and pricing changes will be published online on Direct123.fi website. Terms and pricing changes come into effect immediately after their publication on Direct123.fi website. Should the order be placed before the terms change have occured, the legal relations between the client and Antista AS are to be regulated according to the conditions which were in force at the time of placing the order, unless provided otherwise by law or the present terms.
2.1. Direct123 online store price list is valid for timely paid invoices according to section 4 of the present terms.
2.2. All prices include Value Added Tax.
3. Shopping cart and order placement
3.1. The shopping cart is created the moment you click the "Add to cart" button.
3.2. You can add more products to your cart and change the number of items you order. To add another product to your cart close the cart by clicking the "Back" button and choose the next product from the menu. The products are stored in cart until the end of the session.
3.3. The delivery method can be chosen on the same page in the shopping cart. Click "Chekout" to go to the next step and enter the billing info.
3.4. Please fill in the required fields. You have the following options:
a) Log in as a loyal customer (required fields will be filled in for you).
b) Register as a loyal customer.
c) Order without registration. In this case no loyal customer priveleges are applied.
On the billing page you can also familiarize yourself with the sales terms. After all the info is entered click the "Shipping info" button to go to the next step.
3.5. On the shipping info page:
a) You can choose the delivery method,
b) Enter the delivery address – if different from billing address, then fill in the delivery details.
c) You can also give an additional info to the courier and choose the preferred delivery time. Direct123 online store takes your request into consideration and delivers your message to the courier, nevertheless we cannot guarantee the precise delivery time.

3.6. Please double-check the billing and shipping information, since quick and uninterrupted delivery of your order depends on the accuracy of the info submitted.
3.7 After that you are ready to proceed with your payment. Click "Payment method" button to proceed to the next step.
4. Paying for an order
4.1. Please choose the suitable payment method on the billing page.
4.2. Order can be paid for using www.verkkomaksut.com service:
a) Using internet-banking.
b) Using credit card.
4.3 Using Klarna leasing.
4.4. Should the placed order not be paid for in 7 days period, it will be cancelled.
4.5 The sales contract is considered to become operational (entering into force) from the moment the payment due in accordance with the order confirmation is transferred to Direct123 online store's bank account.
4.6 After that the order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address.
5. Delivery and acceptance
5.1. After the contract has entered into force according to sect. 4.6, the ordered product will be delivered to an address specified in the order. Delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed. The time of delivery will be arranged with the customer in advance by telephone specified in the order and the the final receipt will be sent to the specified e-mail address. Delivery time of the products in stock depends on the destination, although the average delivery time is 2-5 business days. Direct123 is not responsible for estimated time changes.
5.2. Should the ordered product be out of stock and subject to special order from the supplier, and cannot be possibly delivered in time period specified in the product card, as well as other situations where the timely delivery is not possible due to circumstances which Direct123 online store cannot be held responsible for, we will inform the customer by telephone or e-mail specified in the order in 2 business days period from the moment the contract becomes operational according to sect. 4.6 of the present Terms, and will arrange a new product delivery time.
Should you lose your interest towards the product due to an excessive delivery time, you have the right to cancel the order (see sect. 6.1. and 6.3. for more info), and we will refund the sum you paid for the product along with the transportation costs.
5.3. Please double check the billing and shipping info when making your order to prevent delays and discrepancies while delivering the product. Direct123 online store and the courier are not responsible for delivery delays and discrepancies should such delay or discrepancy be caused by inaccurate or incorrect data submitted by the customer.
5.4. The courier delivers the ordered product to the customer. Before signing the delivery note, please check the package condition. If the the pachage appears to be damaged while tranporting, please make a relevant record on the delivery note. We recommend to make a photo of the damaged goods and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org and contact the client service immediately via phone 09 3157 7012. The transportation damage notification must be submitted as early as possible but no later that 24 hours after delivery. Products damaged during transport will be replaced.
6. Cancelling the order and returning the product
6.1. You have the right to cancel your order before product delivery by sending a corresponding message along with order number and your bank account number to Direct123 online store’s e-mail address email@example.com or by calling the client support number (0) 9 31577 012.
6.2. After receiving the product you have the right to familiarize yourself with it during 14 days time. Direct123 online store customers can return the products in 14 days time after buying – please see the 14-day return policy section for more details.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to return it in 14 days time or exchange it for another product by sending a corresponding message along with order number, your bank account number and the address where the returned products are located to Direct123 online store’s e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the client support number (0) 9 31577 012.
Computer games, computer software, as well as body care and hygiene products are not subject to product return policy.
6.3. The returned product must be fully complete, in its original packaging (should contain all the items contained in the product packaging: cables, plastic bags, polystyrene foam packaging, etc.). Should the product be purchased during a campaign with some other product bundled with it, the whole bundle is to be returned (i.e. all the products).
6.4. You are responsible for the product value depreciation caused by factors other than checking the product's characteristics, properties or functionality. Should the returning product (and product packaging) be degraded, and should such degradation be caused by circumstances, which Direct123 online store cannot be held responsible for, Direct123 online store has the right to deduct the sum of product degradation from the sum paid by the customer and due to be refunded. To make a deduction Direct123 online store will send a deduction application to the customer’s e-mail address specified in the order. Should the customer not agree with the amount of deduction, he or she has the right to involve an independent expert to determine the amount of product’s degradation. The cost of expertise is splitted equally between the customer and Direct123 online store, unless one of the parties has claims, which are obviously unreasonable. In this case the cost of expertise is to be borne by the party, whose claim is obviously unreasonanable.
6.5. Direct123 onine store bears the cost of return transportation if the returning product corresponds to conditions laid down in sect. 6.3, and the product’s weight does not exceed 35 kg and dimentions do not exceed 60 cm x 60 cm x 120 cm. In other words, all the products which requre special handling are not subject to free return. The cost of returning such products is to be bourne by the customer. Should the product not correspond to the conditions laid down in sect. 6.3 and should conditions of sect. 6.4 apply, Direct123 online store has the right to claim the returning product transportation costs from the customer.
6.6. When cancelling the order according to conditions laid down in sect. 6.1, or when returning the products according to sect. 6.2, the sum paid by the customer is refunded. The money for the returned product is paid back no later than 14 days time from the moment of receiving the notification of returning the product, provided the customer has returned the product during the same time period.
7.1 All selling product have:
- legal warranty in accordance with the contract (EC Directive 99/44/CE: warranty means that the goods must comply with the contract);
- legal warranty, which protects against hidden defects;
- producer's warranty, duration and extent whereof depend upon the product and the brand.
7.2 The warranty period begins upon product receipt. The aforementioned warranty is without prejudice to any other applicable constitutional guarantees taken into account. Should any problem arise with the purchased product, the customer has to send the product back to Direct123 online store along with the copy of the invoice.
Important: The legal warranties do not cover the product repair, or cover it only partially, if the product failure is caused by the external conditions (due to an accident, blow, bump, lightning strike or electrical current fluctuations), the product was not used or installed according to manufacturer's instructions, the product was not stored correctly, the product was used for commercial or partnership purposes, or the product was used with inappropriate peripherals, accessories or other products.
7.3. In addition to the legal warranies the client also has other rights subsequent to legislation.
7.4 Should you have any problems with the purchased product, please send an e-mail at email@example.com.
7.5 Direct123 online store covers the warranty costs and transportation costs associated with the warranty. Before returning the defective product please contact Direct123 client service via e-mail or telephone. The client service personnel will instruct you as to how to return the product and will arrange a toll-free transoprtation of the product. After the product is delivered to our after-sales service, it will be forwarded to the supplier for repair.
7.6 Producer's warranty on the products sold in Direct123 online store does not cover the following cases:
- Accessories exchange (batteries, light bulbs, fuses, aerials, portable player headphones, microphones, worn-out reading/writing heads etc.);
- Improperly or abnormally used products. Please read the user's manual before using the product;
- Interference caused by the use of accessories (power cables, etc.);
- Defects resulting from an unsatisfactory maintenance or repair, accomplised by anyone other than service shop approved by Direct123 online store;
- All failures caused by the external conditions (for instance, accident, blow, bump, lightning strike or electrical current fluctuations).
7.7 Direct123 online store cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer voids the warranty based on the abovementioned conditions. If the customer declines to cover the costs estimated by the manufacturer, he or she must compensate the management expenses to the manufacturer. If the customer accepts the calculation, he or she will be sent a cost estimate to be paid to Direct123 online store.
8. Return of the products not meeting the requirements
8.1. Direct123 online store is responsible for all inconsistencies and defects, which appear in 2 years time (for physical persons) / in 1 year time (for legal persons), starting from the moment of product acceptance.
8.2. Direct123 online store is not responsible for:
a) Damage or degradation of the product caused by the client or the third party.
b) Defects caused by inappropriate use of the product.
c) Normal physical wearing caused by the normal usage.
8.3. Should the product be defective or not meet the reqirements, the customer has the right to demand the product to be replaced with the product meeting the requirements and free of defects, or revoke the order and return the product not meeting the requirements at Direct123 online store's expense.
8.4. Should the product not meeting the requirements be returned, the sum paid for the product (including the transportation costs) will be refunded no later than 14 days after revoking the order and receiving the notification on revoknig the contract.
8.5. If a product defect is not covered by the warranty, the manufacturer will sent the customer an estimated cost of the repair.
9. Liability and Force Majeure
9.1. Direct123 online store and the customer are mutually liable for any damage caused to another party by not complying to the present terms in amount and in cases provided for by the applicable European Union legislative acts.
9.2. Direct123 is not responsible for the damage incurred to the cusomer as well as product delivery delays, should such damage or delivery delay be caused by circumstances beyond Direct123 online store's control, and occurrence whereof Direct123 online store did not foresee and could not have possibly foreseen (Force Majeure).
10. Other conditions
10.1. All the personal data, submitted by the customer while visiting and effecting purchases in Direct123 online store are conseidered confidential. A protected data transnission channel with the bank guarantees the security of personal data and bank transactions. Direct123 online store has no access to these data.
10.2. All the matters not covered by the present terms are to be resolved based on the applicable Europan Union legislative acts.
10.3. All the disputes between the cusomer and the Direct123 online store regarding ordering and buying products from Direct123 online store are to be resolved by negotiations. The Parties shall rely upon the applicable Europan Union legislative acts while resolving the disputes.
11.1 All the images are for illustrative purposes only.
11.2 Product price and stock status can change with no prior notice.

11.4 The product info is checked and updated on a regular basis. The info could have been changed since your last visit. On rare occasions manufacturers’ web pages include inexact data, which may be accidentally transferred to product data page. In this case Direct123 online store cannot be held responsible for product data errors. We recommend to control the data accuracy of the product in question by customer support phone 09 3157 7012.
11.5 We reserve the right to cancel an order with incorrect data, such as typing errors, technical problems or mass ordering. In case of an obvious price error Direct123 online store may allude to an error. Namely, if there has been an obvious mistake, the customer should realize the error (for instance, if the TV that costs €1000 is for sale at €100). All the advertised products can only be ordered 1 item per client. The "limited amount" or similarly marked products can be ordered only 1 item per client.
