Delivery and delivery time

Products ordered from Direct123 online store are delivered quickly and safely. Transportation services are provided by our business partners, trustworthy Finnish companys Itella Logistics OYj and Postnord Finland. Average delivery time is 2-4 business-days (time is marked on a product card near each product). The ordered products along with the necessary documents are delivered during the time specified on the product card. Delivery time depends on the location, the exact delivery date is displayed in the shopping cart before payment.

We offer 3 different delivery methods, delivery costs you'll find on product card's buying info.
  • Post office delivery (Itella)
    Products will be delivered to the post office nearest to the distribution point (Itella Logistics Corporation owns approximately 1100 distribution points throughout the country). This delivery method can be used for delivering products weighing under 35 kg and with dimentions under 60x60x120 cm. Enter your ZIP code before you pay the bill. The products are delivered in 2-4 business days, depending on the product and destination. You can check the estimated delivery time on the product page by entering your ZIP code.


  • SmartPOST
    SmartPOST, receive items from parcel point. The Parcel Points are available in central locations and during the opening hours of shops, also on weekends. A parcel point is an easy and convenient way for you to receive items. When the parcel has arrived at the parcel terminal, you will receive an SMS containing a locker code. Enter the code in the parcel terminal, and the locker containing your parcel will open.


  • Delivery to the front door (Postnord Finland)
    Products will be delivered to a courtyard or an apartment door at address specified in the order. Delivery time is 2-4 business days, depending on the destination. Postnord Finland customer service representatives will contact you before delivery and arrange the delivery time.

    Orders placed before 1PM will be processed the same day. Orders submitted after 1PM will be processed the next day. If there is an error in your order, please contact our customer service either by phone or by e-mail.


Delivery conditions:

  1. After the contract has come into effect, the goods are delivered according to the delivery conditions at time arranged with client by phone (phone number is required when placing an order). We only ship to Finland, we don´t ship to Åland.
  2. Products along with all the necessary documents are delivered by courier to the specified address during time period specified in product description. Delivery time of products in stock depends on the destination, although the average delivery time is 2-4 business days.
  3. Should we not be able to deliver to goods during specified time period due to the circumstances beyond our control (product is temporarily out of stock, waiting for supplier, etc.), we will inform the client of the circumstances via phone or e-mail in 2 business day time after the contract is concluded. At the same time we will arrange a new delivery time.
  4. Should you no longer be interested in the product due to an excessive delivery time, you have the right to cancel the order. We will refund the sum payed including shipping costs.
  5. As soon as the ordered products are delivered to our logistics partner, their customer sevice will arrange the suitable delivery time with the client. 
  6. Postnord Finland delivers the ordered products to an address specified in the order. Delivery address cannot be changed afted the order is placed.
  7. Direct123 is not responsible for erroneous or delayed delivery caused by our logistics partners.
  8. Please double-check all the data in order for the product to be delivered in time. Direct123 online store and our logistics partners cannot be held responsible, should the delivery delay be caused by innacurate or improper data submitted by the customer.
  9. The products are delivered to the customer along with the delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, please check the package condition. If the the pachage appears to be damaged while tranporting, please make a relevant record on the delivery note. We recommend to make a photo of the damaged goods and send it to and contact the client service immediately via phone (0) 9 3157 7012. The transportation damage notification must be submitted as early as possible but no later than 24 hours after delivery. Products damaged during transportation will be replaced.
